Increasing awareness of where to get help in dark times, continued support for families bereaved by suicide, and free training to help anyone talk openly about mental health, are among a raft of actions in a new plan aimed at saving Kent and Medway lives.
The call for views on the draft ‘Kent and Medway Suicide and Self-Harm Prevention Strategy for 2026 - 2030’, including from those with lived experience and professionals working in mental health, runs until midnight, 6 October 2025.
It means you have the chance to comment after the Baton of Hope has visited Kent and Medway in September.
Visit Have your say on plan for hope for more information, including how to take part.
